Best experience ever buying a car. Our lease was up on our vehicle, and were looking at a new GMC Yukon. Living in Fargo, we obviously looked at area dealers first. None would take the initiative to help us retain our equity in our lease. We got the number of Kass at Charbonneau and told him our situation and the vehicle we were looking for. Kass and the team at Charbonneau went above and beyond to get us fair value on our trade in and got us the absolute perfect Yukon that fit our wants and needs. We were glad to make the 4 hour drive to get our new vehicle. Kass even stayed late to meet us after hours to finalize the deal. Took only 20 minutes and we were on our way. Best service we have ever experienced. We have vowed to make the drive back to Dickinson any time we need a new car, as we know we will get the best possible service. Thanks for all your help!!
