Run! Don even LOOK! Bought a Dodge Durango, paid it off in 3 years and then got a call where he was yelling and cursing, stated I owed another $5,000.00 after already paying $7,000.00. I told him to come get the vehicle. The pos is still in my yard.nAnother guy I knew bought a vehicle for $3500.00, had $400.00 left to pay on it, then the vehicle was impounded, the impound contacted Brent, and he claimed the vehicle was stolen! Needless to say, this individual lost the $3500.00 that was paid on it, and he lost the truck to the impound. The impound offered Brent the owed $400.00 and Brent signed the truck over to the impound. This individual lost not only the truck, but the impound refused to let him get his child’s and his belongings out of it, which included a car seat, all the baby’s clothing, milk, bottles and diapers! There’s a special place for people like Brent!

High priced and not a very friendly atmosphere

Unprofessional and the cars are mechanically junk. It had problems the second we left. That's not even counting all the threatening and harassing phone calls saying he's going to repo your car and make you pay for it when you aren't even behind on payments!! RUN AWAY!

So, pros and cons. For what it is, we got what was expected.nnBought a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 at the very end of June. Check engine light came on within a day or two. Took it to the parts store to run diagnostic, it was something minor, no biggie, we will fix it later. The light then turned off without any maintenance, and would turn back on if we drove for too long (such as to Bismarck, it would turn on right as we got on the freeway to come back). Weird part about it is if the light was off, the cruise control wouldnt work, but if it came on, we could use cruise control. Not sure the revelance of that, but it was odd, indeed.nnSo, fast forward to the beginning of September, driving in town, check engine light comes on, rough idle, not gaining momentum on hills or at lights. Its misfiring. Replaced all spark plugs and coil packs, nothing worked. Took it in to see Brent. He says he believes the engine is done and he will see what he can do to help us. Called the next day, he found a used engine with warranty, engine and labor would be about $4,000, he would split it with us, throw our obligation at the end of our loan. Dropped the truck off last week and it's being worked on now.nnSo, the cons, when you deal with a buy-here, pay-here dealership with used cars, more than likely there are issues, or issues to come. Warranties are important to pay attention to. Brent sells cars with AnAs-is warranties. But he also does not do a credit check and works with you on how much down and your payment amount. You cant expect to get a used car that works perfectly from a place like this. BUT, what you get from most places like this is that they wont help once the car leaves the lot. Brent went the extra mile for us. Maybe because we've kept insurance and never been late, I dont know. But when you're stuck between a rock and a hard place, THIS is the kind of service you only wish to get. I will update when I get the truck back, but as of now, I am satisfied with Brent's actions and customer service.
