It is rare to get an order correct from this facility. Knowing this I ordered a normal meat lovers pizza and a regular cheese. Guess what? Yeah too hard. They delivered two meat lovers. So I call just to get a cheese brought out. Went through the whole thing the the gentleman accidentally hit the wrong button, so we started over. The next thing I know I have been transferred to customer service who cannot help me because only the store can fix online orders, so I had to call back. I politely explained what I had already done and tried, what I was told, and all I wanted was a correction. I was then placed on hold at the store for 15 minutes. About 10 minutes in I called customer service and re-explained from another number all while staying on hold with the store. I even let the customer service supervisor listen to the hold music. All-in-all it took over an hour to get the item that was actually ordered. Moral of the story GOOD LUCK! It is going to have to be a simpler order than what I placed.

Curbside delivery is a joke at this store, they make you go inside defeating the whole purpose of even offering it. And then the lady at the counter will yell at you to never come back because you suggest they shouldn't offer curbside if they won't even do it.

Ordered pizza at 5:50 PM Sunday 8/9/2020. Estimated time of delivery was 6:40 PM. Almost an hour AFTER the order was supposed to be delivered, I called the store (around 7:30) to check on status. After being placed on hold for more than 10 minutes, someone hung up on me. Long story short - at 9:26 PM I received a call from the store asking us to come pick up our pizza because the driver's car broke down. Good thing we put a frozen pizza in at 8 PM for dinner. Pick up a pizza at 9:30 at night that was supposed to be delivered at 6:40 PM? No.
