Selection was very poor! Order wasn’t accurate. The cost of the sandwich is too much for such a limited selection of options. Very disappointed. Subway seems to be the best value.nAsked for avocado, no avocado. Asked them to hold the tomato, and cucumbers. Those were left on the sandwich. So embarrassing if I was the owner of this location.

I didn’t ask her name, but the receipt says Ashley is who rang up my order at Jimmy Johns And she deserves to be recognized! (I was there at 1:45 pm today and she took my order through the drive-thru receipt says register 4) She was beyond kind and super friendly and spunky! You could tell she was being authentic too, just her friendly self and I love that. I work down the street from this jimmy johns and she made it quick and easy, but also was patient while I ordered and very helpful. I don’t know her personally, but I love her! Good job Ashley!

I would give them 0 stars if possible...nI placed an order online through this store and waited for my food to arrive.nUsually they knock or ring the doorbell to notify that the food was left on the porch.nHowever even after 30 minutes I heard nothing, so I checked the order tracker to see what the progress on the food was. The tracker said that it was delivered.nI have a camera that looks at our front yard and I even checked that to see if it might have been delivered to a strange location on our porch but nothing showed up on our footage.nI then called the store to see if anything could be done (they almost hung up on me immediately) and they rudely replied that it was delivered to our address and that nothing could be done because they were closing. And after asking for a refund they said they couldn't since the food was delivered..nI am NEVER ordering from this store again.

Its a great sandwich, but christs alive adding a 5 cent slice of cheese to a sandwich shouldn't be 2 fing dollars. You can get extra meat at subway for that price
