Not crowded... Some people more serious about fitness frown on planet fitness... It is catered toward new to fitness clients... However if you are well versed in fitness you should find everything you need here to get fit ... Not a place to prep for strong man... But beach or Hollywood ready... Absolutely

After being told for months that my membership was cancelled and REPEATED charges to my account we're made, I was told by an employee today that it was never cancelled and they cannot help me until a balance that shouldn't exist is paid. I have had this cancelled for almost five plus months now and have not went, but because their employees told me my membership was cancelled and I took their word I'm in the hole. Have always raved about Planet Fitness but not anymore!

I like the Noland location overall, even tho some staff members are persistent on downloading the planet fitness app because I don't have my tag which i get but at the same time it is annoying because obviously if I have to check in and I still don't have the app then that should be a hint. As well I'm wondering if they are going to change the hours for all locations any time soon. It's kinda frustrating when your personal schedule doesn't really work well with these hours as it is. Not really getting to use the membership to the full potential is kinda upsetting. I totally understand because of the pandemic but at the same time, we are following guidelines and wearing our masks. Then there are other gym alternatives like Genisis Health Club that have 24 hours available during the week that really makes it super tempting to switch memberships. I tried to seek an answer online but no luck.

So far so good today was my first day, but every one was super supportive!! I am excited to begin my transformation journey with Planet Fitness!!!
