Just joined today, and the place is awesome. Members and staff are both super friendly. Its not a huge space but ot doesn't need to be. Full line up of Hammer Strength and all the free weights you want. They even have a monolith squat rack! This place is legit and happy to have found a gym where people TRAIN.

Owners are wonderful, its a great place to go if your serious about really changing or life and getting stronger. Its literally the best damn gym in KC

Great gym. Really helped me harness the power of the unicorn and show my bully Billy who's boss. He won't be taking my lunch money anymore. Everyone is like a great family here. There could be 8 people in there and you couldn't know any of them and they would all be willing to spot you. A great place overall. Plus, Jim and Tammy are awesome people. Great community.
