I called and inquired about a service call. I explained to Angel that I have a rental home in Raytown but live in Texas. I told him as soon as he was finished, call me and I will pay him over the phone. He arrived at my rental house, and called me to inform me that he wanted my renter to pay him and i could reimburse my renter. No, as stated when we talked, i will pay you immediately over the phone. He told me that he was not willing to give 3% to the CC company. If that is your policy, thats great- however, you might want to advise your policy before you head out to a service call

Not only did Angel come out the day I called about installing a weather head, once we determined he was our guy, he was willing to come on a weekend, while it’s frigid out so my husband didn’t have to take a day off work to cut down a tree while the line was down. He went above and beyond by helping pull the tree down. He was fair priced, didn’t try to talk me into doing more work than was necessary like another company did when getting an estimate. He was quick with the job. We absolutely appreciate him and plan to use him again when we have the money to do other electrical repairs around the home.nThank you so much Angel!
