Not great. Burgers were cool but fries were hot. My big mac had small beef patties and not much special sauce. Didn't ask what kind of yea so I got sweet and wanted unsweet. Sent it back. Had to wait on food about 7 minutes after we sat at the drive through window for awhile.

OK ... THIS IS THE ISSUE LAST NIGHT 11/29/2020 WAS 11:30 PM AND I DRIVE TO THE WINDOW AND I SAW 1 PERSON INSIDE I WAS WAITING FOR 10 MINUTES WAITING FOR SOMEONE TAKE MY ORDER AND NOT BODY OR RESPONDED FROM THE WINDOW TO TAKE MY ORDER SO WHY ARE YOU GUYS OR IN YOUR SCHEDULE SAYS MCDONALD'S CLOSE 1AM IN THE MORNINGS ?? AND THE PEOPLE WAS INSIDE DOING SOMETHING ELSE EXCEPT TAKING ORDERS BY THE WINDOW .... SO PLEASE MANAGERS OR THE OWNERS HAS TO SEE THAT ISSUE THAT YOUR WORKERS DOESN'T DO GOOD JOB AND IT WASN'T JUST ME IN THE WINDOW WAS TOO MANY CARS WAITING AND LEAVING BECAUSE NOBODY PAY ATTENTION OR TAKING ORDERS

Drive through situation sucks. The workers are very nice and polite. Especially the older ladies working drive through, make my day better.

The lady that works drive thru in the mornings needs a raise!! She had awesome consistent great customer service every day I come!

No sauces for the Nuggets which the order taker did enter in on our order cause we saw it on the order screen, the bacon quarter pounder I ordered plain was given to me with the plain grill ticket on the box and the sandwich still had everything on it and we received no napkins! The drive thru presenter was just rude with no hello or thank you. She never made eye contact and she was not wearing a mask! Just held the bag out the window. I told myself thank you and have a great day since it seemed to be so hard for them to do. The cashier was pleasant and friendly! She was the best thing on the visit tonight, so kudos to her! As a manager of a McDonald', I find this stores performance to be less than satisfactory. One mistake would be understandable as we all make mistakes, but there were 4 critical errors by this store!
