I dont think I have ever actually got what I ordered here. I guess I get what I pay for.
Slow, and your order is rarely correct
Crazy slow service. This location is frequently out of ice cream. They are also regularly out of other items like iced tea. I'm not sure what it is about Raytown that the fast food restaurants give you enough time to nap in the drive thru, but this McDonald's is no exception. Fortunately, the employees are usually cheerful and helpful. For that reason, I have to give them 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1.
My sister in law ordered our dinner on the app not thinking it would cause trouble with me picking it up. The app says if you had trouble just show an employee the code and they would get your food ready for you. I went inside. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there until the lady at the register finished checking on the price of something for an employee. When I tried to show her the code she told me no the phone that ordered needed to be there or it wouldn't come up on her screen. I tried to explain I had the code so she could look it up. Wouldn't even offer to let me order at that point. When I finally got fed up and said fine I will get my dinner elsewhere she told me fine go.
