I used the QT app to order and pay for an Oreo Twister to be ready @ 7:20. I was early so I hit the button that said so and was pleased when my order was promptly made and brought out to me. So far, not a bad experience.nEXCEPT, I was not brought a single napkin with my ice cream. That in itself is not totally experience- wrecking.nEXCEPT, of course, whomever made the Twister got ice-cream under the lid and it started melting down the cup and into my pants.nI'd like to see more attention paid to the small details like making sure your item is not sloppy and always bring AT LEAST ONE NAPKIN wirh a food/drink order.nThanks

Place is great. When ever I go, the main floor is clean along with the bathrooms. Food is good. Quick service. Nice employees.
