stood at the pharmacy counter for 20 min 6: 31pm to 6:51 pm withput even being acknowledged terrible service and super sloe.
I have a prescription that requires me to purchase needles. I have travel restrictions and they refused to sell me needles, because I don’t fill my prescription with them. I even showed them my prescription, and explained what it’s used for.nIt was very disheartening
Everytime I shop at this CVS the employee Cammi is always super friendly and smiling! I called yesterday to see if they had Christmas lights for our tree and she was happy to tell me the variety and price of what they had in stock over the phone. When I arrived at the store, Cammi even directed to me to lights and helped me with my final decision.nThis level of customer service is above and beyond, rare these days and what keeps me coming back to their location!
My usual CVS is at 23rd and Chrysler, because the staff there are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they don't waste my time when filling my needed meds. This place, is nothing like them. And, it seems they enjoy being rude about it too. I don't recommend.
My review is on their pharmacy. I used their app to upload my new insurance information and went to pick up my prescription. When I get their today I'm told I need to wait 45 minutes to get my prescriptions but I was picking up refills that were already processed. No new information was entered. The cashier didn't even know they had the app. Then she told me if I want to use my insurance I would have to wait 45 minutes. How can you have an app and the employees don't even know about it.
