Our car buying experience at Enterprise was excellent. Our salesman, Zack, was polite, honest and professional. There was not pressure. No bait and switch, and No exaggeration. The idea of being able to return the vehicle in 7 days if we were not happy, was a big selling point. However, we are happy. The car is everything we expected and it meets our needs as a people mover for grandkids. All the best to Enterprise.

I had no idea enterprise sold cars until my friend told me about it! I definitely recommend doing that over just buying a car from a dealership. It just makes sense! I bought a 2019 Hyundai Accent at a great price with low miles and the whole experience was so easy!! I worked with Ben Madeo and he wasn’t pushy at all and was very helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend.

Made car buying a GREAT experience.... was out of state during the beginning of my car shopping need and was able to complete the majority of the requirements that go with car buying. Got back into town and Boom....less than an hour out the door with my car. I got to leave my rental there which was an added bonus.nnFollow-up - I got a call from the rental location asking where the car was - So I had to follow-up on Monday with Enterprise Sales to ensure the car was returned to Enterprise Rental to include the appropriate date. I have received the title great... and then learn battery is bad (I mean it's mine now and that is basic but for not having it for 30 days nor driving it everyday what are the odds). I am disappointed that I would have to follow-up on basic operational processes and then now utilize my Roadside Service so soon.

We love our vehicle, and we loved our experience with Ben M. He was knowledgeable not only about the vehicle but the whole buying process even our financing! We got a great deal, and an amazing car! We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from enterprise- and probably Ben too!
