Poor service. Very unprofessional. Was suppose to meet the owner so I can get my car towed to his mechanic at 11am, called him before to make sure he was there, he said he would be there by the time we got there. We arrived at 11:15 and no one was there. We were there for about 20 mins before we called him asking him where he was. He said he was on him way still and would be there in 45 mins. An hour or two later still no show. The only reason my fiancé and I waited was because we needed to get it to the shop ASAP. Fast forward to the towing part. We came to auto shop the he recommended, only because he said he was good friends with the owner and would get us checked out first. So we go to the shop to find out that he had lied. The auto shop was full and we wouldn't be able to get the car checked out this week. Now we have wasted $75 on the first tow and will now waste another $85 to tow it to another shop. The worst customer service ever. Do not buy here. They do not know how to do business. They are cheap and, as mentioned, unprofessional.
