Out of all the places I called in Missouri, these two gentleman that help run the after hour phone calls came to help my family and I. I had 3 young kids with me, in a state I’m not familiar with, without an exact location to give them, and these two gentleman not only came, they helped fix my tire & made sure we got on the road again. I cannot explain the level of appreciation. They were very professional, respectful, and above all very polite. They were the only two people that came to help, after I called all around. My kids and I couldn’t be more grateful. 10/10 I’d recommend to ANYONE who needs help.
Locked my keys in my car at Quik Trip and Impact Tow happened to stop for gas and noticed I was having trouble. Josh immediately asked if I needed help and proceeded to help me get into my car! I couldn’t have been luckier!
