The next day the truck I bought from them it was having problems starting. Drake said nothing was wrong with it. I had to have it towed and pay to put in a new fuel pump even though I bought the warranty. What's worse, I'm still waiting for my title. The title was never transferred over from the previous owner in Kansas. It appears that I bought a truck from them that they never owned. I would give them zero stars if I could.nUpdated...I now have had to replace the heater core and still don't have my title and inspection report from them. They have changed their name to Missouri Auto Direct but that doesn't change how they do business.

Worst place to buy a car from. My girlfriend and I bought an suv from here and broke down after two months. If you want a broken car then this place is for you.

It would be nice if they stated on their website that main street auto in independence keep most of the inventory in Excelsior Springs. Oh and had employee 's. No one on site at 11:30 on a Wednesday and the guy we on the phone has no customer service abilities.

A1 establishment ran by some real stand up guys. Really nice cars and they treat you like family through out the whole process
