Very rude and verbally abusive. This company need to be shut down simply because they dont know how to respect people or give them good customer service. I would never sell my car to this company. Im also making a complaint with the BBB.

Selling my car was so easy with these guys and I received a satisfactory amount. They came and towed away within a decent time. I was not given a 4 hour time frame to wait around like i did from others buyers. Very professional and friendly. I am saving their number in case ever need again.

We explained everything to them, then after having us wait an hour. He was rude and told us thanks for wasting his time becuase we didn't have the information we told them already that we didnt have. Then he blocked us in our drive way for over 10 min.

The tow truck driver that came out was rude and hostile. Explained ahead of time that the vehicle was owned by the mother in law and had been sitting there for years. I had explained that the vehicle had been sitting so long that she did not know where the title was or the key. Only question I was asked was if the tires were aired up and to have a copy of her drivers license. However, he seemed to have forgotten all this and got a huge attitude and threw a tandrum.
