Service with a smile? Sometimes it's hard to tell behind the mask, but their noses were fully covered (unlike the Grandview McD's) and they sounded happy to be helping me. Fries were HOT but the burger was lukewarm by the time I got it home, and had only 1 pickle slice. Still tasted like Micky D's, though. I'll definitely be back.
Manager on duty does not do anything to solve the problem I had. What she told me to go back of the line and reorder what they forgot to charge me instead of expediting it and send me on my way. Employees dont have proper training and need guidance. Lost another customer.
For a fast-food chain as popular as this, I have lower expectations. This location however does exceed my expectations with drive thru purchases. Time in line moves very quickly, associates are friendly, the orders are correct and the food is delicious. If by chance like many fast food restaurant, if you get home and your fries are sort of soggy, I simply out them in the air fryer and they are perfect!!
The night Manager Gabby was amazing! Her customer service skills are on point and she’s very sweet! She remembered a huge order on top of it all and really just blew me away! Definitely recommend this store ❤ufe0f
DO NOT order them through doordash or uber, More than half my order was missing both times and food I did get was super cold. If the owner is in, it's outstanding. If not, it's the worst McDonald's out there.
