OKAY SO, this is my favorite Starbucks. Why then, you might be wondering, am I rating them three instead of five stars!? Well, let me tell you. While they have friendly staff and always make my drink correctly (yay) they are constantly changing their hours at whim, closing entirely at random and frequently turning off the order ahead capability (boo). I pray to the caffeine gods that this is just an unfortunate byproduct of covid craziness and will improve. Only time will tell.
I usually go through the drive-thru and service is typically fast and friendly. They always give me a pup cup for my pup when I ask whether he is in the car or not. I really appreciate that as I can't always bring him with me if I am making multie other stops. The line always moves quickly here too. Staff has been consistently in masks and wearing them correctly.

After waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes I finally arrived at the speaker to order a cup of black coffee, but they were out. I either drink what they had brewed or nothing. You sell coffee that's all you do !!!!! I left with no coffee and and won't be back, not that you care one way or another.
I love the mobile ordering option. The batista are super friendly and make my pick ups so easy.
