Bailey Chevrolet knows us by name. They make us feel valued as customers, and we have always been pleased with their service. They are a wonderful dealership that we have trusted for many years. Our granddaughter just bought a GMC Acadia there due to our recommendation, and the fact that we think so highly of the service that we get at Bailey Chevrolet in Willow Springs, MO. We know two generations of the Bailey family.

So glad we found this dealership. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They were professional and we felt they could take care of our truck. We had a routine service and two after market parts installed. They did a fantastic job with everything. We highly recommend them and will return for our next service.

The car buying experience was a breeze. We spoke with a really nice gentleman named Trey and he was more than willing to work with us to help us get a car that we wanted and that we were there to see. We had a great down payment and he helped us finance the rest.nnBut on another note I’ve had to drop in over $1500 since buying the car to fix the car and I haven’t even had the car a month.nI have to be really honest I am extremely disappointed with this. I’ve only ever purchased brand new cars this is the first time that I’ve ever purchased a used one and I was guaranteed that it was good to go.nIt takes me two hours to drive home from Willow Springs and in the two hours that it took me to drive home after buying it that’s when the engine light came on. I took it to my auto repair shop the next day and they were really surprised considering Trey said that they replaced the brakes and put new pads on. He even gave me a paper describing the work they performed on the vehicle but when I went to my guy the rotors were so bad that they had to replace the “brand new” brake pads amongst other parts.nTo top it off unfortunately my check engine light is on again. So I don’t know exactly how much I’m gonna be spending to fix the car but I expected more from a dealership. I can honestly promise that I will never ever buy from a used car dealership again.
