Twice they have failed to renew my prescription with my doctor's office and upon returning 1 month later to get my refill, they had still not even put the request in with my doctor's office (I called the Dr. to verify).nnOnce is an honest mistake, twice may be as well, but I can't have a pharmacy that does not stay on top of my prescriptions. That just cannot happen. Staff I spoke to were not helpful or willing to hold actions accountable after I explained the situation. I have since switched pharmacies.
