Scheduled an appointment to get driver door handle and lock replaced on my 2016 1 ton work truck (base model). After dropping off my keys the counterman asked about my trailer plug. Apparently they had assumed I wanted them to check out my trailer brakes because I mentioned them not working either, told them no just the door handle. Now mind you, this is at 8 am when I'm scheduled.nn11:30 they call and tell me I need new batteries, that's what's wrong with my trailer plug (it's not, I cut the brake wire). They don't have the parts to fix my door, it would be 4 days before they could get them. Mind you the guy I spoke with to schedule my appointment was supposed to call me and let me know if they didn't have them. He never called so I assumed it was good to go.nnWhen I get there at 3:30 they charged an hour's labor, I get my keys and go to the truck. They've managed to break what was left of the rest of my door handle off to where I can't even open that door anymore. Let it fall down in the door and I can't open my window now either. Best part is when I went back in and they came and looked at it they said it wasn't their fault! Just did it on its own! That handle has been like that for 2 weeks before!!nnSo I pretty much paid them $95 to break my truck worse than it was when I showed up.nnAbsolutely one of the worst stealerships I've been to!

Service department went above and beyond by helping get our transmission fixed. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Came and picked up our Traverse multiple times when the car was continuing to have problems. Great job ud83dudc4d
