This place is very shady. Their non-refundable deposits are a way of making money on those who either can’t get financed or change their mind about the purchase of the vehicle. I have dealt with them one time in which they made a small exception to the rule, but were bitter and very hateful and rude when I decided to go to another dealership because they had better pricing and ended up not giving me the refund. It says a lot that they are trying to scrape what little money they can from no refundable deposits. Don’t waste your time or money. Got to Southern Hills Auto and work with Joey. He will work with you on financing and no nonrefundable deposits.

They have the most considerate staff that has gone above and beyond to help me with the Jeep I bought from them. They have done everything to help make things right.
