We were overcharged a month and I called to request a refund. The owner was on vacation in Alaska but he picked up his phone anyway. I made him aware that we were overcharged and we needed a refund. He told me and I quote “Relax and Shut up” and “Quit getting all pissy” then he proceeded to hang up on me and will now not answer his phone. Yes I was asking for a refund, yes I was getting irritated with his lack of compassion on the matter. No I did not curse at him, in fact I referred to him as sir. I am a postal employee who knows the basics of how to treat people. I will never do business with this human being again and I wouldn’t chance it if I were you, unless you’re prepared to be disrespected and inconvenienced.

Although it could offer better rates it's still a great clean dry place to store all your goods
