My son requested pizza and salad for his birthday dinner. We drove all the way to Pizza Pie, about a half hour away one way to get it for him. I ordered a specific salad and paid extra, over $10 for one salad just to get home and realize that nothing I ordered was on it. I called to request some kind of credit for the missing items which are 2 dollars each and they refused to help me and said I needed to call a 1800 number because I ordered online. Almost $70 in pizza and salad to be told they can’t do anything. Great pizza, terrible customer service.

The food is good, but my order has been incorrect several times. Unfortunately, I usually don't catch it until I'm home and it's too late. I wish there wasn't such an expensive charge to have food delivered either. Overall, I enjoy the food, but the experience itself is less than great.

Good food and pizza deals. Pasta was good. Easy to order and fast service.

I ordered a Calzone and it was $17 and change. It was awful. It was 95% dough. The cheese wasn’t melted on the inside. The sauce was red water. I am embarrassed for them. I now need to order more food because I couldn’t eat a huge brown pile of dough. I got screwed.
