Great prices, spacious throughways for easy loading/unloading in any size truck or van. Though ungated, I have had a unit here 5+ years and never an issue with vandalism. Property is always clean with no trash or abandoned property. It is on the West end of Fallon making it an easy drive for Fernley residents. They do allow "garage sales" on the property making it easy to declutter and downsize.
Shirley the Mgr is super friendly, helpful and efficient. They accept checks/MOs, cash in person, payment with CC either over the phone or on their website.
