I started working for Crowell in late December of 2018. Crowell is a growing trucking company specializing in drill, Frac, and well support for the oilfields in Eastern Montana and North Dakota. My experience with Crowell so far has been extremely satisfactory. The management here builds a working and professional relationship with all of their employees, but what is more, is that there is a personal relationship to be had with everyone. The owner can be reached day and night, 365 days of the year and in my personal experience, as well as what I have witnessed with all of the employees here, he tries hard to make everyone happy. If you have some semblance of a work ethic and common sense, this Is a very good place to grow and you will be compensated above and beyond the industry standard, as well as be treated with dignity and respect as a person rather than a number, which happens often with the bigger companies.nThey have good equipment and they are constantly upgrading and innovating to keep up with the demands of the oilfield. Maintenance and repairs are not skimped on, so their equipment is safe and reliable. They have a huge shop with space for RV parking for those who wish to bring their own RV over to live in. The owners and upper management here truly go above and beyond to try to make everyone happy no matter what the needs or requests may be. I have enjoyed working and growing with this company and I look forward to continuing my working and personal relationships with the team that has been assembled and continues to grow.

Crowell is an excellent company to work for. Flan and Rashel have been amazing to me. I layed my truck over in February, I was taken very good care of... cared how I was before the equipment. They have very nice equipment. I am happy to be part of this family!!!
