Service was good, coffee was great and the food was delicious (even though they used sliced cheese).

Went for breakfast on Saturday, 2/29. Seemed ok at first glance, although old and kind of dark. What's with the football helmets and fire trucks in the reach-in? Waited several minutes for service-only two waitresses for the whole place. When she did come to the table she was SO shy! We could barely hear her. We ordered-one special, chicken fried steak, one 1/2 order biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. Fifteen minutes later she came back to the table to tell us they were out of biscuits. I changed my order. When breakfast came the chicken fried steak looked absolutely terrible. Dried out and had more of a liver taste. We suffered through and waited for the check. There was only one person cooking and the waitresses were in and out of the kitchen washing dishes! For Pete's sake! Hire more help! First and last time at Joyce's. Next time, we will keep on driving to Minot.
