I started going here about 6 months ago. I am amazed by the progress I have made! By far best trainer I've ever had. Place is great for all skill levels! I only wished I'd have started here sooner.

I've worked with a few different trainers before, but Crystal is head and shoulders above them. Patient and knowledgeable, whenever I'm told to do something, she explains why (what the movements aim to do and where I should be feeling it).

Originally I was not going to leave a review, just a star and continue on my way. But after being threatened by Crystal Raby for sharing my experience with others, I feel it is important to warn any possible future customers.nnI don’t know how Crystal is with clients. I never got the chance to see. Matt was my “physical therapist” for lack of a better terms. Unfortunately after screwing up times with me and failing to explain to his wife he was at fault for the missed appointments, Crystal berated me in front of her gym for requiring “too much communication.” In front of my wife, my son and brother (and after traveling 30 ministers to see them) she completely humiliated and disrespected me, while Matt sat inside with a “client” (further investigation found no one else was there) because we showed up for an appointment (twice) and Matt was not there, or with someone else.nnNever in my life have I been shown such blatant disregard, and then to threaten with a law suit for complaining and to further threaten to involve my place of work to get me to shut up? These are bad bad bad people.

Rude and disrespectful. Many food safety violations. They stand people up for appointments. A total waste of your money in my opinion. Also if you let them know that you're annoyed they threaten you with attorneys so that's lovely. Just very unprofessional and I would steer clear.
