I went to carmart on West sunshine found a jeep that I wanted did the test drive told the sales person that it skipped when I got to 40mph told him it might b the transmission he said something about bands because it's been sitting so not being mechanically inclined I believed him he said something to the manager and she she said make the sale he assured me that the transmission wud be covered so I got the car the next morning I went to go out of town got from 1side of town to the other And I was only going 4mph down glenstone pulled into the other lot and they were very helpful called the lot I got the car from they came and got me spoke with the manager Amanda from the west sunshine lot which was not very helpful told me she didn't have any other cars to put me in I asked about a car from the other lot she flat out told me she doesn't do that had several employees tell me that all the other lots do it but she wont then I had to sit there at that lot for almost an hr for my son to come pick me up I live about a mile from the lot they couldn't even offer me a ride home so my options at this point are to either wait till Monday for them to test the car then it could be about 2 weeks to get it back depending on the issue or not have the car because it was within the 3 day period I paid off 1 car with them owe less than $500 on another car. payments have never been late I missed my trip to go out of town because of this issue poor customer service to say the least I would think with car mart being so big they would have better employees I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LOT ON WEST SUNSHINE if u go to carmart go to the glenstone lot they were very helpful and honest

My car now is from here and I'm loving the suv just wish the lil minor things that wrong with it now would be completely fixed and dont have to worry about it anymore

This team is my family. They have gone above and beyond helping me and my goblins. My 12 yo son absolutely loves mom's new car and let's just say, my month old is pleased with how quite the car runs. The one who is the most grateful, however is me. I am completely pleased with how wonderful I'm treated by the entire staff and I am truly happy with all the services they provide. I'm beyond blessed for Ms. Amanda... She truly does aim for safety and happiness. She provides the greatest support and above all else she is very understanding and I couldn't ask for a better team to be on my side. Thank you again so very much CarMart! When I arrived at the lot, they let me walk around and look so that when they asked me if I liked any of their selections. I was able to tell them exactly which vehicles were in my top three and why. They were kind and helped me through the paperwork to get me into my choice for the best value. The payment plan is going to keep me on top of my budget, but since they report my payment history to the credit bureaus, I know my credit will be improving and is totally in my control.

I recently purchased my first vehicle from Car Mart South- They night I purchased my vehicle i heard a knocking noise. Once I noticed that this was an issue they gave me the most of issues, I am now stuck in a vehicle that I was assured to be a good vehicle and after 1 day of having the car the water pump went out. They have had the car for 2 days and have not offered any assurance of if/ when the car will be returned. I was also told that I will still have to make a payment on the car and I have been left high water with no answers. When I call they have told me that they would let me know something and that also hasn't happened. Currently I am still in limbo and simply either want the vehicle returned to me fixed, or to call it all quits and return the 1000.00 that was put down. I wouldn't recommend this as a option if you are truly need reliable transportation. Amanda told that their cars were taken better care of to be ready for the road, but at this point I wish I would have chosen another car lot although I do like the car that was chosen. I feel mislead, and played, and that they just wanted my money, And when I called the customer service line she just listened and said she would let someone know. All together this has been the worst mistake I think I have made.
