Love my Honda Accord. Enjoy the complimentary van service around town while my car is being serviced. The drivers are very courteous and professional. Thank you for this service. I drive about 40 miles to get my car serviced and it is well worth it!

From the moment I made the phone call to Justin about my previous lease until the time I pulled out of the parking lot with my new lease, Justin and the rest of the Don Wessel staff were a pleasure to work with. They answered every question and patiently went through all options. This is the kind of service I have had for the last six years at Don Wessel, and I expected nothing less. It truly is relieving to walk into a dealership and know that you will be taken care of honestly and at your pace, not rushed through a sale and treated just like a number. I appreciate everyone, especially Justin and Brian. For the last six years, I have talked up the Don Wessel team and company lease options to family and friends, and I look forward to continuing to do just that for another three years. Thank you Don Wessel team! You are all appreciated and work so hard!

I would not describe my experience with Honda as “Legendary”.nPersonally, I enjoy my car. Nothing about it makes me upset.nnWhen we went in to look for a car, I found the one I wanted. We went in and got the financing started. The man who helped us, was on his last day before retirement.nHe proceeded to rush us through paper work so he could go have his “Cake party” with all the others in the office that were standing outside waiting for us to finish. The man also wrote up the title and the financing incorrectly. My co-signer was signed on first and the account was made around them. So on paper work, the car is for my co-signer. Not myself. On the title to the car, it’s printed my co-signer first. Not me.nnSecondly I took my car in the other day because I was having water leak into my passenger side.nWhole passenger side was soaked in probably a an inch or more of water.nI took it in and they couldn’t figure it out. Clearly there is a hole somewhere or water would not be getting in.nnCar is not fixed. Dealership is blaming me for water entering the vehicle, and my carpet is still soaked.

I recently bought a new Civic LX and was very happy with the service at Don Wessel Honda in Springfield, MO. Mr. Chris Willhaus was very professional and he knows everything and every inch of the car and what features the car has. He spent a great deal of time with me on the sale and he knows how to joke some and be pleasant. Could not be happier we need more positive people like him these days and thanks to Jon Wessel President of Don Wessel Honda. Steven L. Reed
