Our sales associate, Victor, was great. I had contacted 6 different dealers and he was the first to get back to me. He was the only one to get me what I asked for when discussing the car which was the actual ordering packages for the car. They were also the ones to get me the best price. Other dealers when asked to match their price said I could not get the car for what I bought it for from Springfield. Even after the sale was complete he helped me out. I will definitely go back for my next Infinity.

Excellent customer service. Sat down with me and really listened to what my wants and needs were with a vehicle. Ended up with a fully loaded Nissan Pathfinder that had been traded in. I couldn't be happier. I love the smooth ride and the 3rd seat or additional storage room. They helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit myself and my family. I had the pleasure of working with Hayden and Kyle in sales and Witt to finish off the financing. I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a truly customized experience.

My husband and I went into Infinity last week as a spur decision to possibly purchase a bigger vehicle. I wasn't expecting to buy anything that day and If it wasn't for our car salesman, Hayden, we probably would still be looking. Hayden took the time to listen to our needs, was very patient with me (as I am terrible with decisions), and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for us... which we found! I love my new Lexus and I appreciate the help we received from Hayden and the General Manger at Mercedes, Nate!!!

We found a used vehicle on their lot via car gurus. The vehicle was priced below market value at a fair price. I spoke with Jeremy Zaruba on the phone who gave me more details and personally took additional video of the car for me to see over my phone. We arrived and determined the dealership's description of the vehicle was spot on (no surprises.) The paperwork process, although mundane as usual at any dealership, was friendly and none of the employees were pushy in any manner. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Springfield to any family / friends / strangers.
