I usually go to Reliable for my services which I normally schedule online. They do a great job at servicing my Suburban. But don’t ask for anything else when scheduling online. I had asked for my “check engine” light to be checked out while I was there. The service guy asked if I had it scheduled it and I said I thought that that is what this was. NOPE! Only an oil change. He was unable to get my “check engine” light looked at. Nothing more he could do. I was sent into the waiting area and my car was taken to the quick lube. This dealership does only what you schedule, nothing more.nn***Update*** Had a excellent experience on my most recent visit. Chance was my Service Advisor and did an superb job! I think it really depends which Service Advisor you get. I will recommend Chance by name!

Jack Spencer sold me my first car! He was great and got be a fantastic deal. All my interactions were completely professional, helpful and understanding. Would recommend to literally any one with any budget.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Steven Todle and Ryan Holiday were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. Steven did a great job of keeping in touch with me throughout the process, answering my dozens of questions, and going above and beyond to help with my unorthodox circumstances -- I had been living overseas and needed a car for when I returned, and they made it so easy on me. The out-the-door pricing is exactly what they claim it is with no BS. I've never gone to a dealership that was so straightforward with such great prices. It's surprising in the best way! Ryan Holiday was also crucial in answering my questions and making sure communication went smoothly. They're all very friendly here and accommodating. Best experience I've had at a dealership! I love dealing with Austin. He is always nice and keeps me updated and I appreciate everything he does for us every time. Definitely makes dropping my truck off way easier with a baby.nnAnd Terry is always great too he is always making my baby smile and laugh and even offers to hold him while I switch car seats around when im by myself. Which is 1000x appreciated. Love coming here and knowing things are taken care of.
