So a bit of an embarrassing confession. I had hoped that they would blend me up a medium rare stake because who doesn’t love a steak smoothie? They will not do that. I was even more disappointed when the would not serve me a pizza smoothie or a cashew chicke smoothie (this is Springfield, MO after all). I settled for a peanut butter smoothie and was not too disappointed and it was great. The staff told me that I should not feel disappointed because people ask for that all the time. They were all very nice and didn’t cause me to feel bad at all.

I'm 24 weeks pregnant I came in a few minutes before close and apologized for the timing and ordered. The employees started slamming things around and shaking their heads, making rude comments. They finished making my smoothie i said thank you and they immediately started with the comments as I turned to walk out the door. Smoothie was very good though.

I had a wonderful experience here! The employees were very helpful with figuring out what smoothie I wanted! They were patient and kind! The smoothie was great as well! I definitely will be going back soon!

I love Smoothie King for the way their menu is laid out. If you're looking for an immune booster or something after a workout, they have them conveniently categorized, making it easy to order exactly what you're looking for. They also have add ins and don't just automatically dump two lbs of sugar in your smoothie like Tropical Smoothie does. You can choose sugar or stevia, energy boosters, milk or whatever you fancy. Otherwise, you're getting exactly what's listed on the menu, and I really like that. While I've asked for things like bananas to be left out of a smoothie, and never had a problem with an order being right, the employees are not friendly at all. That's my only beef with this place. The prices are decent and the smoothies are delicious. Smoothie King is the best place to get a smoothie in Springfield.

They are really going downhill. I used to live this place. The staff is unpleasant and make you feel like you are bothering them. The quality is inconsistent. The smoothies are made wrong often. Get them home and are almost undrinkable. I wish this were not the case. Really considering not going anymore.
