I was in this location earlier today and heard an employee tell a coworker that her boyfriend had been exposed to Covid, is now symptomatic, and that she is 'waiting to get tested.' She is at work, wearing a paper thin mask, running the front register and touching all items customers are buying today. This is supposed to be a pharmacy where sick people visit to get their medicine. Unbelievable!
Always the most polite and caring staff. Pharmacist was a great help with a new medication for my daughter. I have never had a problem with anyone at this location.
This location has drastically improved since my last visit here 6 months ago. I believe they have a new manager because the people are friendlier than before and the store seems a lot more organized and clean. Perhaps my drives all the way to Campbell and Battlefield are over.
I am picking up a prescription at the drive thru window. So far it's been 35 minutes and there are still 2 cars ahead of ne. The last time, I just ran inside to pickup one at it also took forever. Not enough staff in pharmacy to take care of drive thru and inside.
I read the comments on here before I went to cvs & thought how could it be that bad....now I understand why. Don't go to this place. The screwed up my simple prescription big-time & caused a bunch of frustration. There are 3 other pharmacies within a quarter mile, I strongly recommend using 1 of them instead of this place
