You have to understand what you are booking in order to appreciate your stay here. This park is owned by a sweet, older gentleman who operates very old-school and informal. Nothing fancy here and why should there be??? Its called CAMPING.nnThe good: you're close to Hermann (and there is not a lot of camping around Hermann), the jam hut makes for a good entertainment on the weekends, the owner is sweet, beautiful hilltop view, and full hook ups.nnThe less than good but not bad: the camp is next to a somewhat busy 2 lane highway. If they are really busy, owner will put a couple of overflow campers in the main lot by the jam hut (its not a bad thing, but maybe not for everyone). There is only one communal fire pit (if you don't like to meet her people, you may not like that).nnInconclusion, we WILL stay here again and we would recommend to our friends with full disclosure.
