Ordered delivery last night. Spent over $85. Placed the order around 7:35pm. The estimated time of delivery was 8:11pm. At 8:20 still no food so I called the store and the person that answered said the delivery girl was delivering to three other homes at the same time as mine and should be arriving soon. At 8:35 our pizza finally arrived. It was cold and we were missing our hot wings. I called back to the store and was told that the hot wings were still sitting on the rack and would be delivered immediately. They finally arrived about 20 mins later just barely warm. We normally order Domino's because the prices are cheaper, they are fast, and the food arrives hot. We wanted Pizza Hut last night because the pizza usually tastes better and the wings are amazing. Looks like we are going back to Domino's! Until we can dine in! Really disappointed by the service! They should not deliver to more than one address at a time! Also, feel like I should have been offered some kind of discount!

Pizza was really good kinda expensive but they showed up late and didn't try to refund or anything... Just an idea for next time!

Called in our order. Went to restaurant, let them know we are there wait 15 min. pass the time limit they told. Friend had to actually call they bought out the wings but no pizza. Friend went inside the pizza was in the oven waiting. Need better people taking care of customers

The pizza was good, but the order wasn't as promised. We ordered the heart shaped pizza, barbecue sauce instead of pizza sauce, and a cookie pizza. The sauce came on the side, no sauce on the pizza itself, the pizza was not cut. The cookie pizza also came uncut. We ate everything anyway without calling the restaurant, but I felt the need to share.
