Not impressed with their service dept at all... took our 2018 Polaris Sportsman in for service/repair recently for a check engine light and steering issues. The check engine light went off while it was there and yet they charged me $100 for a diagnostic without fixing anything. The bike pulls to the right, asked them to look it over and the tech says “it’s fine”... got home, still pulls to the right. $10 for a key blank that they tell me to take to Lowe’s to have a new key cut and Lowe’s won’t do it. $406 for our 500 mile service (front/rear diff fluid & oil change & bogus diagnostic). Needless to say, I purchased a quad from them previously and will be in the market for a SXS soon and won’t be back, recommend going elsewhere.
Got a motorcycle tire mounted today, took the wheel and new tire in to them and they had it mounted and balanced in less than fifteen minutes! Amazing service and friendly staff! Highly recommend!
