Wonderful experience. I sent a message on a Wednesday night about a vehicle I was interested in, John Lawson called me Thursday morning and by Saturday morning it was sitting in my driveway. Delivered fromnFour hours away !!!! I never left my house it was absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. John was thorough and accommodating thru the whole process and went above and beyond making sure I was happy! Jeff in the financing dept was the same. He got me a great rate and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood all the numbers. And the delivery guys, Gordon and Bill were awesome also !!!! Not gonna find a better bunch of guys Or deals on vehicles than at Jim Trenary Chevrolet in Union, Missouri.

I highly recommend Joel Schneider. I worked with Joel for two weeks with many questions. He always returned my calls promptly and he listened to me which I found to be rare. When I said this is what I have to spend, those are the cars he sent me. Unlike other salesman who sent me cars $10,000 over my price range. Joel took his time, was never pushy, and even showed me how the options work in the car I purchased. He also made sure I left the dealership with everything I needed. It was definitely worth the hour long drive to deal with Joel and the staff at Jim Trenary.

My experience was amazing, I worked with Rebecca on her first sale. For being her first sale the process was quick and easy. She asked questions and other team members were quick to assist and help her learn. I will be purchasing my next vehicle here, hands down.
