This is the second time I have been there and they are out of burgers. Will not return.
Online ordering is a joke. The drive through is closed so even if you get the order done you still have to go in to get your food.
When I ordered our food, part of my order was not even put into the machine or charged to me so we never received it. Once we received our food, all of the fried items (chicken nuggets and jalapeno cheddar bites) were so old they were extremely dark brown (not burnt, just obviously old fried food) and the kids would not take more than a single bite. This trip was, unfortunately, a huge waste of money. I would recommend ALWAYS asking for your food to be made fresh when ordering from here.
Even though when our family goes there at night we have no problems with our food but in the morning when the General Manager Giovanni is there he is rude and very condensing towards me and my family. No matter what day of the week it is. I though the first time it was because he was having a bad day now I just think he don't like Native Americans. It has been brought up to his higher ups and corporate but they don't seem to care. They seem to let it go on. I will continue to go back but only when he isn't there. I will go in and if I see him or his girlfriend working I will turn right back around and come back another time when he isn't there.
