The drinks served taste like Starbucks, and the service is great. The low rating is solely based on the poor management of the cafe; there is always an incredibly long wait and only one person behind the counter, with the other stocking the shelves. This is the only Starbucks in Washington, staff it appropriately!

The women working there are very pleasant and get everything correct and quick. I love the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher. Not too sweet. Very crisp. Made with fresh ingredients. I also got a gift card. They always work (not like some cards). Great place. Only problem is no drive thru st this one☹
