I have bought several cars and trucks in my life at dealerships and that was by far the best experience I have ever had. Jamie Missey was my favorite salesperson! She was kind, professional, not pushy, positive, and had an overall great aura. The finance manager was also a super good dude and was the best in the business! The prices of their vehicles are unbeatable and are absolutely priced to sale! What a wonderful experience! When I’m in the market for a new truck I will 100% go back to Laura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Sullivan, MO.
Brandon made the process so easy for us. We drove 4 hours to pick up my Jeep and all the paperwork was ready. We wanted to just get in and out, not entirely always the case when buying a vehicle. But Brandon made the experience a lot better than most. Don was on top of the financial part. All in all both Brandon and Don were great and made our experience smooth and enjoyable for the most part. No complaints. Thank you Brandon! And thank you Don! I totally recommend these 2 if you're looking to buy a vehicle in the area, especially a manual! Again, thank you!!!
Having both the desire and ability to search wide and far for the best deal on a vehicle, I found Laura's to not only have the best pricing, hands down, but the TEAM of individuals at Laura's CDJR also proved themselves to be top notch folks, not just self-serving car dealers! Brandon and his manager, Mike P. were truly a pleasure to work with. Worked with Mr. Dan Dell on getting the truck I had been looking at for a few weeks (traveled to dealership from 60 miles away). The start of process of when we bought our vehicle was good and Nicholas was great and super helpful. I don’t know who ended up calling me from the service department to talk with me regarding some issues but he was absolutely rude to me and was talking to me like I was just some female not knowing what I was talking about. Then for some reason felt the need to ask me where am I from because my area code is not local so he was “confused” it’s none of your business. I was asked for a call back after he spoke with his tech or manger to see what we could do about my issues and it’s been a week. It was also a week before someone got ahold of me in the beginning. The customer service here really needs to step up and stop looking at customers as dollar signs.
