Sullivan Starbucks has THE BEST Baristas, they are patient and willing to listen to your orders, and they are NEVER too busy to make it right, or ask how your day is going. I come in stressed and worried about my day, and leave smiling and ready to face what the day brings. And that is because at Starbucks, they take customer service to a new level of excellence! Very high key recommend.
It was quite pleasant. I only went through the drive thru but the girl was very pleasant.
Great for Starbucks. Usually I am disappointed another locations. They seem to still be trying here, food is hot and drinks were made really well.
Store has been closed the last three times we bothered to get off the highway. Not falling for that anymore. And they should update their hours on Google. The sign on the door says they’re open only four hours a day—from 9am-1pm. Not sure who this serves? What’s the point??
Staff are very friendly and pleasant to the customers! With that being said, there is 0 consistency. The drinks seem to be made differently by person instead of following the recipe unless requested otherwise. My drink today was very burnt and tasted like burnt popcorn. I would have called about it, but it's getting tiresome having to do that. Not to mention by the time I could get back it would be closed. $6 drink and I can't even drink it. Such a bummer bc Sullivan needed a Starbucks ud83dude14
