The store called and asked if I would like to change my order because they was out of chicken. I was not told that there would be an up charge nor was I told that my order would be voided. When we went in to fix the order after them saying I could order the other pizza and it was fine. The manager rolled his eyes at us and was very rude. Mind you there was no curse words exchange we just simply wanted to know why they could not of warned us of the .50 cent charge before voiding the card. They had the number to call because they just called. So now it will take 3 to 5 days to refund the money and we walked out with no food and none of our money. The last manager that was there was very nice and fixed mess ups these managers are rude and try to screw people over. Maybe the older gentleman that walked out was correct when he said “maybe you ladies will have better luck than me.” Because tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had with dominos! I wish I could give zero stars!!! It was a large order 8 pizzas to be exact but they couldn’t help in no way. And laughed when we asked for corporates number.

WeRe BuSy So YoU CaN eXpEcT iT aRoUnD 10 ToNiGhT.nThis is our last time ordering Domino's until either new management, or better employees. I've worked in fast food, and understand how you can get behind, but Kennett Domino's has always seemed to have this problem, so they can't use Covid as a scapegoat. Now we get to wait 3-4 days for our money to be back in the bank from canceling our order.

Placed order on line. Used the tracker and it showed delivered after an hour still no pizza. I tried to call 3 times no answer. Went to the store they said my order was deleted but they didn’t know why. While in the store noticed phone rang several times and nobody answered. Like dominos pizza but they need to get it together

Horrible place to order from. It’s like they can never do anything right. My orders are always wrong or the pizzas come out terrible. All the workers always seem on drugs. It’s like Every time I go the pizza gets worse. Workers don’t know how to do their job and can never answer the phone. The worst part is the manager is just as slow so there’s no point in complaining.
