Moch Wellness Center

Id already had a terrible experience with the dental services here a few years ago but decided to give them another chance recently. They have the MoHealthy Women program for annual check ups etc. I saw Dr Taylor. She was polite and friendly, her nurse was also very nice. Things seemed to be going well.....until my lab tests came back. Doctor Taylor didn’t even know how to interpret labs. She told me one of my levels was way too high when It was in fact well within normal range and she ignored the labs that were abnormal. She refused to give me the medications I needed after viewing my labs and seeing very clearly what was wrong with me. She insisted I go through a painful procedure for biopsies which I did not need. When I said no she said I couldn’t get the medicine I needed. I paid 160 dollars the next day that I couldn’t afford just to get a second opinion. I took my lab results to the new doctor and told them what dr Taylor had said to me. They were in shock because doctor Taylor was completely wrong about my test results. The new doctor prescribed the medications I needed and I feel much better. The only medications dr Taylor was interested in giving me was antidepressants which I did not need, she continued to push them on me instead of giving me medications for what was actually wrong.nDoctor Taylor had the audacity to tell me I wasn’t going to die or anything from my very very high cholesterol. What kind of doctor says that?? Doctor Taylor.

The Moch Wellness Center is excellent. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly. The hours for the fitness center are limited, and the court frequently occupied due to fitness classes. If you desire to use the court, ensure you call ahead or check their site to ensure there is not a class scheduled.

They are helpful,.keep their machines in top condition, great atmosphere, and a nice, friendly place to work out.

Great place. My kids love the playground.

This place does not have the quality of a doctor. It bases all its opinions on a nurse practitioner. Needs to step up and get more doctors on the site for better insights on health problems. It does offer a sliding scale to those who cannot afford medical care. Definitely a plus!
