The employees at this McDonald's went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We were pulling our camper and couldn't fit in the drive thru nor could we get the app to customize our order and the staff members came out and personally took our order and brought it out with speedy service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ordered 2 McChicken biscuits and some other food. It showed on the screen Mcgriddles. My husband told the guy he wanted biscuits not Mcgriddles. We then told the lady who took our money that we wanted the biscuits not McGriddles. She yelled to the lady up front. We went to the window to pick up our food and asked for the FOURTH time if it was biscuits not McGriddles. She said yes. We got the food and pulled forward to check. They were McGriddles not biscuits. FOUR times we told them! This is not an isolated incident. A few days before we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they forgot the meat. We had cheese, mustard, ketchup, onion, and pickles on a bun. This store needs to step up their game and PAY ATTENTION!!!

I want to start of by saying I was standing inside for 30 minutes before I had my order taken. After my order was taken, it was another 30 minutes before I received my food. It was another 5 minutes before I got my drink. I was also charged separately for each item on a combo. No one informed me on updates on the combo but instead charged me extra. When I confronted by the manager working on the floor she looked at me and ignored my issues. I'm very dissatisfied.
