Sandy was beyond rude and unprofessional and cursed and made me feel horrible. My bank wouldn’t let me cash the check I got from selling my car because they can’t see the first couple letters of my name so we asked her to issue us a different check and she thru a fit. She gave us another check after but my bank still won’t take it neither would Walmart or cash wise. She wanted me to open an account with their bank because their bank wouldn’t cash it either since we don’t have an account with them. I shouldn’t have to open an account for one.
Larger dealerships that get trades they wont put on the lots go to auction and those that dont like to offer other than a tail light warranty.nAssume something is wrong with everything, your job to find it durning pre auction inspection time period, no test drives.nCheck engine lights may reappear soon after leaving the lot, and once in a awhile a person can lucky and get a deal.nSome smaller dealers buy here and resale as well.nDo your homework.
Instead of being helpful and understanding about the covid pandemic they double locked my storage unit for being two weeks late on payment. Greedy!
Best local auto auction in town
I’ve tried selling two different vehicles with them. The first one the sold at half of a the reserve price without contacting me and the second one did not sell after being in two auctions. It may be a good place to purchase a vehicle but from my experiences don’t try to sell through them.
