I made a purchase about a month ago and got everything within a week! I was actually shocked with the quick turn around rate especially with things being down for the virus. I bought 2 shirts and an insanely soft sweatshirt with graphics that I found pretty clever. I also bought a shirt for a friend and he absolutely loved it ❤ufe0f I’ll definitely be shopping here again soon, there’s so much more I want to get and Christmas is right around the corner.

The hoodie I purchased is by far my favorite. Soft, warm and only slightly fitted which makes it perfect. I also highly recommend the Henley shirt as well. They immediately contacted me regarding other items in my order that were out of stock. Customer service is a solid 10/10!

This is a great little shop in Jamesport. Coffee bar in the back open early. (about the only early coffee in town on the weelend).nOwner makes her own label and buys from small owners around the country. Mostly women's fashion and jewelry, but some great signs and mugs too. Really friendly place. Must check it out when in Jamesport.

The two shirts I ordered are cute but the sizing runs large.nThe issue was that it took just over 6 weeks from the time I ordered on May 24 and to delivery on July 8. I ordered a shirt for a friends birthday but it didn’t arrive on time. I reached out to Rural Mercantile via email, Facebook, Instagram and by phone asking for an actual update on the order status. I received a couple of generic email responses that gave no information on the order status. I am more than flexible and understanding, but simply wanted a real update and anticipated timing. No one answered the phone during business hours or called back. I tried to cancel my order but to no avail - no one followed up on that request. I questioned if this was a real company or if I had been scammed.nThe shirts are too big, but cute. If you order, don’t expect a quick turn around or even within the 7-10 business day delay noted in their website. Maybe it meant to say 7-10 weeks delay.
