Making an order and not being able to see the full screen, I received two unordered drinks. Rather than hold up the line I tossed the Sprite. The person taking the order was told we were just asking what type drinks, not ordering more than 1 large coke with no ice, 1 doctor pepper with no ice and a small cup of ice. Not the first time orders have been wrong.

I got to this McDonald's (Buffalo, MO) late in the evening. It's a little bit to be answered at the drive through, but when I got up to the window, I realized why. There was literally only one guy working. He was doing every job, which should have been a 2 or 3 person job at the least. He was kind, didn't complain or make excuses as he ran from one station to the next taking care of several orders. He ran orders to cars, ran back inside to complete other orders, and ran back out again. Our order was perfect. Everything was fresh, and just the way that we requested. He also wore his mask the entire time we were there, even though there was no one else in the store, because he was preparing our food. If he was an employee of mine, I would be proud to have him.

The last few times I have gone here my order has been messed up from no chicken in a sandwich to ice in my drink when I requested no ice. Went today just to get drinks and I witnessed the drive thru person had put ice in my drink again and she was transferring into another cup without ice. But when I too a drink nothing but carbonation. You can tell when the soda goes out on dark drinks it's a different color. I went in to swap it out they knew they gave me a nasty soda then I had to wait for it to cycle thru which was fine I know it takes a bit to go thru but she didn't wait enough still got a cup full of carbonation and freaking ice. Ugh maybe they should focus more on training instead of her you go figure it out.

Actually, we went nearby to the Harter House grocery store in Hollister, MO, but I am sure Micky D's is nominal.
