Marlin and his boys came out to move our 5th wheel trailers. He was Very friendly and professional. Moved our big trailers with ease and quickly. Five stars!
Marlin and his staff at Stauffer Towing are the best! I was recently involved in an auto accident. I was three hours away from home. Marlin allowed me to sit in his nice waiting area while I waited for a friend to pick me up. Since the accident, he's gone above and beyond to help me. I truly believe that Marlin and I were meant to cross paths that day!
A previous post on my account was not done by me, and I am giving this review to make it right with the people who own this business. I can honestly say that it's been years since I have met a nicer, more helpful young man. There was not ONE negative thing that came from this experience I had with them. I'm 59 and I was given back some hope in the human race. My situation wasn't a happy one, yet Mr. Stauffer was the silver lining behind my cloud. I owe him a great deal of respect, and will forever be grateful that god sent him instead of someone else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mr. Stauffer. Stauffer tow did an excellent job of moving our 40ft 5th wheel out of a tight, permanent camping spot in Pittsburg and into a trickier spot in Urbana! Quick, efficient and great service. Would definitely use them again in the future.
A previous review was made, but not by me. I am here to make right a wrong. I was so blessed to have Mr. Stauffer be the one to have done my towing. He was courteous, kind and very helpful. My situation was not a happy one, yet Mr. Stauffer turned a negative situation into a positive one. If I am ever in need of Mr. Stauffer's services again, you know I will be contacting him.
