This place is fun. Some campsites are better than others, but the float trios are great. Its definitely a more kid friendly river camp site than others. Not to wild, not a ton of craziness. If you forget anything the store on the property literally carries everything. You do need to make sure you have your own grill. Camping is cheap about $7.00 per night for primitive camping. There is a shower on site and Johnny on the spots all over the place. Pretty scenery. Quiet and fun

We had a great experience! The large house (we had 14 people) was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Right on the river and our driver back was awesome. We all had a great time. Thank you!

There are many things we loved overall. It's peaceful and there are no artificial lights other than campers so star hazing is incredible. When they say your site is on the river it doesn't mean you can get to the river. There are porta potties everywhere but the one across from us was so full of flies we wouldn't use it and fought flies our entire stay. The people are very nice and it us obvious they are continuing to make improvements. One last note is getting in and out with a camper is not for the feint of heart due to a steep hill.

Friendly relaxed staff, lots of room for camping, clean. Clean. I saw a lot of families. Water wasn't too swift and just about right for families. Good location. Not many ropes to swing from. I appreciate their shuttle service where I could bring my own kayak. I only caught a couple small fish on our float. Be sure to check out the state park right down the road. I'll be back.

This is the best outfitter I have been to on the Niangua. Professional, friendly, I called the evening before and they had the canoe waiting, no need to wait for employees to show up. Good price to boot.
